Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms and their babies and combines power walking, body toning, strength and flexibility exercises using both the environment and the stroller.
Stroller Barre is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture.
Fit4Baby is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms!
In addition to our fitness classes we offer weekly playgroup activities for your little ones and monthly social gatherings such as moms nights out and family events.
