Love this location! When I'm there in the evening, Cullen is always so friendly and helpful when needed. And my little girl loves coming to daycare when Lindsay is back there in the day. It's a great motivater to get me there and to work out.

Very happy with fitness 19 - helpful staff. Using the red light booth - it is helpful with my muscle pain- I am sleeping better and have more energy.  The other customers are pleasant and respectful of me, the equipment and one another

So I retracted my positive post as I learned and saw this place’s true colors especially from the owner there, after being a member her for anout 2-3 years aprox. This place will discriminate against those who have physical and especially of they have mental health disabilities. The owner Pam abuses her disabled workersk and clients.

I really like this gym for a variety of reasons. First is the size. It’s enough to accommodate the members but not some huge treadmill/eliptical type factory. Second people there are really working out and finally, the staff and members are friendly

I haven been coming to this gym for about eight years now. Pam and her staff are exceptional, the gym is always clean and the equipment is always in working condition.

I love this gym. It's smaller than those other gyms, yet it is very family oriented. I love walking in and seeing some older people lifting them weights better than. I do. Awesome environment

Just love my gym so clean and well taken care staff is friendly and always there to help out in anyway. The other clients are also very friendly everyone there is just doing their thing but all so just nice. LOVE MY GYM. Would ho anywhere else Come join us.

I have enjoyed going to this gym off and on for the last 12 years. Now that I am back I see all the improvements and lots of new state of the art machines. They have everything I need to get my full cardio workout done. The place is always very clean and the employees are always willing to help with any of my needs. they keep tons of virus killing spray bottles with cloths for cleaning benches and machines all around the gym. Lots of sanitizer bottles also. Social distancing is very easy to do here. I'm thankful that there is a huge parking lot to park in. It's a very quiet gym with a very low noise level. I think the fees are very reasonable for everything you get. Highly recommend!

This gym is perfect. It is very close to home and the monthly cost is next to nothing for all the great benefits. The gym is very clean, the equipment is in well working order, they have plenty of free weights and a room for your children if you need that. What more can you ask for. Oh yeah, red light therapy, tanning beds, and water massage bed
