All of us at F4F have a passion to see individuals succeed. Our goal is to promote a healthier and happier individual in all who walk through the door.
Each session is structured to include components that will work to improve the clients core strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance/coordination and cognitive abilities. While structure is important, our sessions always include integrating various activities in a manner that maintains the interest of the client and promotes enthusiasm for physical activity.
The Fitness 4 Focus name inspired from our goal of helping all of those with developmental disabilities to improve in four specific and related areas: Strength, coordination, cognitive abilities and overall wellness. Our approach is to address these through exercise and organized activities.
