I pay almost $30 a month and this gym is totally worth it. It’s the best gym in the area. Very spacious and has all the equipment you can ask for in a gym. I’m hoping St. Cloud grows to the point where they can offer 24 hours every day of the week
I have been attending this gym about 8 years because it is conveniently located near me, and my family is charged $96 every month. However, there have been months where we haven't used the facilities at all, and yet the gym continues to receive the payment. I would like to address the issue regarding the quality of the spinning bikes and the condition of the spinning room. It is disappointing to see that the bikes are not well-maintained and the spinning room is not up to par. I kindly request the gym owners and management to take action on these matters, as it may result in the loss of customers. I hope they will consider improving the quality of the equipment and the overall experience for their members.
Great place, wonderful instructors! Many different classes to choose from! I really enjoy working out at CF in Saint Cloud, Fla!!
I went yesterday to try the gym first time. They made me paid $7 dollars just for an hour. Employee was rude with me about my motorcycle question. Without knowing that it’s my first time I don’t know the rules so I’m going to ask. He literally told me that it was a stupid question. after that he called out a coworker to explain something simple. Bad vibes!
ok had a bad review on CF fitness St. Cloud but they made it right. "Kinda" but way more then I thought they would. I really like the new Manager Arron , that might not be his name or the way he spells it. So gonna give them another try.
Due to the excellent way the gym handled the covid pandemic, it earns a solid 5 stars. Good equipment, respectful and helpful employees, solid no b.s. gym. Thank you CF! ***Google asked for an update and I stand by my original review. Still best gym in the area!
Group classes are great I'm back here today to add to my previous comment. I regularly attend classes for seniors Silver Sneakers. I am writing this message to praise the Silver Sneakers class instructors. They are all excellent but I would like to give a special mention to instructor Jen who teaches on Fridays at 11:30am. Her class is extraordinary, always fun while still being intense. She is always happy and her joy and energy are contagious. I really like the playlists she uses in classes. My wife and I always look forward to Friday’s class so we can take her class.
Awesome gym. Great staff always willing to help with any questions or assistance. Particularly Aaron and Kat have been very helpful with my experience here.
Came in person back on October and told them that because I moved, I needed to cancel the membership. The employee who took care of me scanned my card and said “you all set”! I DID KNOW that contact said I have to cancel thru a letter but i thought that coming in person was as good as “in writing” The employee just said “you are all set”!! I just received a letter from a lawyers office trying to collect $305.33 Just came in person and tried to reason and explain that the employee did not say anything to me as far as still having to cancel thru a letter. The one in charge today 2-27-24 at 3:40pm said it is nothing that he can do because my account is in collections! I do have to pay for somebody else’s mistake? I do not think so! The word of mouth is something powerful and I will tell as many friends and family as I can how unfair this place is!
It's always a pleasure. The staff are helpful and friendly. The place is always clean. When ever a machine is broken the dont take long to fix them. I have met many friendly people there. Good hours .
