Fitness Connection is a locally owned family gym in Dexter, MO. We don't have a mulitmillion dollar facility with every bell and whistle. BUT, we do have is a 9000sqft family gym that provides a clean, safe, and well managed work out center. Our team strives on making the right choices all the time. We don't think we're better than you.. in fact, it's our pleasure to put you above us! Feel free to stop by anytime to talk about memberships (we won't bite). We look forward to seeing you!
