Just canceled my membership! My daughter who just turned 12 in august could not only stay in the EMPTY daycare for 45 minutes while I worked out but she had to be 18 to get a pass. Her doctor ran out of a vaccine she needed and did not get to start school Monday so I needed to work out and she was going to start school the next day. This one exception that I asked for was turn down and now they lost my business. I even upgraded my membership just to be able to take my kids on Saturdays. And I was only taking my seven-year-old paying more than $25 just for one day out of the week now they lost a good paying customer. Don’t waste your time they’ve change so many guidelines it’s ridiculous. I’ll take my business elsewhere.I actually have my own gym at home but I enjoy to be around people!
I have been coming here for several months now. My overall experience has been good but, it is really frustrating when you get up early to be there when the club opens, and no one shows up to open the gym. Waited an hour and still no one showed up. Had to leave to go to work with no workout and no shower. This is not the first time the gym has been opened up late. Considering changing gyms.
Equipment well maintained, friendly staff . I recently started coming here due to my preferred club not having power for a few days. The manager understood the situation, and allow me to come in to workout .
This place has good lighting, the equipment is new. The front desk individuals are really nice. The basketball courts are extremely full during normal day times hours. The reason why I will not sign up here is because their lockers, showers and restrooms are disgusting! I have been there two days in a row to see if it would have been clean, however it’s still really bad. I would never want to shower there. The locker room is also really small. If these issues are fixed then this would be a perfect gym!
I don't know how this place could possibly have a 3 star rating impossible. You go in and the place is packed way too full because they have decreased hours dramatically.With approximately 100+ people inside they have 2 sets of 20 lbs dumbbells 2 sets of 25s 2 sets of 30 so you will find yourself waiting for others to get off there phone so you can maybe get lucky enough to get to use them but as you walk past a room for special classes you see plenty of weights going unused stacked along a wall. When they speak over the intercom it's usually in Spanish.
Manager is horrible I went to check in and she said I owed money even though not even a couple days before I paid the lady at the counter. She just looked at me and smiled and said no . I have all my bank statements that says otherwise. Then I tell her about me over paying and she said you have multiple people that are on the account. I have never EVER added anyone else one there. And instead of her fixing the issue she smiled and laughed in my face . Needless to say I canceled my membership and will be taking my business elsewhere
If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been going this location on and off for about 10 year only because of convenience. They’ve had the same leaks, disgusting restrooms, you have to check out dumbbells at the from t desk and leave your keys… sauna is always broke, barbells and plates are always missing, handles and pins are missing.
1. No stretching/warm up designated area. 2. Rooms like the dance room are locked and cannot be used for stretching/working out. 3. Having to request small dumbbells by trading in an ID. No other gym does this. 4. Not enough benches, not enough squat racks and overall equipment 5. Dirty and not maintained cleanliness. 6. Biggest issue is that the gym is not 24 hours. The weekends which are most people’s off days- are closed even earlier than the weekdays!
I literally love this place it's an amazing place to have a wonderful workout and a fresh swim in the pool equipment is so clean and able to accommodate to all who desire a good workout staff is very friendly atmosphere is awesome I recommend this place 100%
This location was good up until I got my Entire truck stolen from the parking lot last year November! & No I still don’t know where my truck is , mind you it was broad daylight , I wasn’t even there a full 45 mins yet , & I was literally parked right in the front of the building! Never had any problems with the staff members so that’s a plus, but when it comes down to Security, absolutely non existent! So thieves can basically come and go as they please & basically get away with any crime if they want to so if you workout here do yourself a favor & proceed with caution , DO NOT leave your valuables in your car & definitely take all the proper safety precautions when it comes to your vehicle please I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH talking from experience I’ll post a small clip of the video captured by an on looking couple that witnessed my truck being stolen
