Fitness Mogul is far from an intimidating "box gym" and does not house traditional treadmills, ellipticals or universal weight machines; many of our exercises utilize nothing more than your own bodyweight for resistance. Our workouts utilize battle ropes, free weights, kettlebells, suspension trainers, plyo boxes, medicine balls, equalizers and more.
Every aspect of Fitness Mogul has been designed to provide clients’ the ideal environment to attain their goals. Our studio is intimate, not intimidating, our music is motivating, our trainers are highly qualified and encouraging and classes are spirited, challenging and fun.
