All trainers have multiple years of experience and have worked in numerous gyms across the CSRA. Each trainer is experienced with several types of medical issues which assures the safety of all clientele. Goals are quickly achievable through our fitness and meal programs that are provided with every package. We encourage you to have a friend join or watch you during your class!
