At Fittestry, we tackle elite fitness by providing inspiring and challenging programs that teach Movement, Nutrition, Fitness, and Mobility.
To us, achieving elite fitness is a way of being…the way we walk, live, eat, play, work and relax. Achieving elite fitness takes dedication because sometimes you have to push yourself off the couch when every fiber of you screams to stay put. It takes courage to face a workout that you know will be tough. Or maybe you know you’ll be last to finish. It takes discipline to switch to healthier (yet just as tasty) foods. It takes responsibility to do the extra steps you know you need to do -- mobility, meditation, work less… There are no short cuts. There are no magic pills. It takes hard work.
All of this brings joy and quality of life. To us, this is most important. Our goal is for every member to leave Fittestry happier than when he or she walked in our doors an hour before.
