This facility is ridiculous!!! My dad was seen on 3/23/17 by Dr. Rodney and he rushed the visit. My dad has diabetes and was supposed to be fitted for a diabetic shoe which was NOT done!!! He was supposed to cut the callus under his foot and did NOT do anything!!! I called the office today and the receptionist flat out lied!!!! She said there were no nurses to talk to, she would have to take a hand written message because they don't have voicemail. I asked what time did the nurses leave for the day and she said 5:00; it was just 3:00 when I called. I told her I needed to schedule another appointment for my 72 year old father and she told me his AARP was inactive and they don't cover callus removal, which was a lie I called AARP and his coverage was active and Medicare has approved callus removal so its covered 100%!! She took my phone number for a nurse to call back, but I doubt that will happen!!! DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Changing my dad from this practice!
I was very impressed with Dr. Fitzhugh. He was pleasant, listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. His patient manner was one of concern.
