Ordered two cheeseburgers Cost: ~$12 each Toppings: grilled mushroom, grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, tomato, and pickle Honestly, they're really good burgers. The cooks make the patties and toppings all fit together and my girlfriend said it was delicious. Way better than a $8 sandwich from somewhere like Jack-in-the-box or McDonald's. They reminded me of Buffalo Wild Wing's burgers which cost like $16, and the Five Guys burger might even be a little better. Tasty
The Five Guys franchise has consistently served delicious wholesome Burgers and Fries to my family and me for almost two decades. In addition to stellar food, service has been consistently professional, courteous, and quick. I’m glad to say the food quality and customer service hasn’t waned over the years. This evening, there was a slight mishap with our online order that led to it not being ready for pick up. Surprisingly, the manager recognized the mistake and reimbursed the meal with these cards! Dietary restrictions: No soy!!! Thank you Five Guys!
The ONLY reason I am giving a 1 star despite everything else was that no one said anything when a woman came in with her Pomeranian dog! She literally walked up to every table, then to the counter and ordered while holding this dog. I’ll be that Karen today, but in an open kitchen with outdoor seating at 8p when it’s cooling up outside and you bring in a puffy hairy cute still dog. It wasn’t a service dog, and the lady then grabbed this dog its own chair I asked if this is common to the girl at the counter if they just allowed and she shrugged and said I can’t do much? Make sure your table is clean if you go after July 9th, that dog was on tables.
Love this place! The gal who waited on us was friendly, courteous and professional. This may also have been the best burger I ever had shakes were good, too! Highly recommended.Food: 5/5

Too high price. Hamburgers were ok. Tasted good, alot like In n Out but higher priced. Fries were soggy.Food: 3/5
Generally pretty consistent and good. Love the fries. But it's gotten a little pricey as of late. 2 little bacon cheese burgers, 2 cokes, 1 medium fry was $34.Food: 5/5

Experience - My very first time going to Five Guys I was blown away with how great the service was. I told Chris it was my first time and she explained everything on the menu. She was enthusiastic and was extremely helpful. I will be returning just to experience this kindness again.
Soggy bottom bun ruins the burger. I ate the patties, lettuce tomato, grilled onions with my fingers and top of bun. Very messy. Quality ingredients ruined by substandard bun. I used take out and ate immediately in car with wife.Food: 3/5
