We recently had the pleasure of dining at the Five Guys on Ridge Avenue, and we must say, it was an experience worth sharing. Five Guys is known for its consistent quality and fresh ingredients, but this particular location stands out for its exceptional team. The staff at this Five Guys work in perfect harmony to deliver not just delicious food, but also a memorable dining experience. They hustle to get the food to the customers quickly, without compromising on quality or service. Their positive vibes and excellent customer service make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Even if the food was just average, which it isn't, we would return simply for the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the staff. But let's not forget about the food - it's Five Guys, after all. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the fries are crispy and perfectly salted, and everything is made fresh to order. So, if you find yourself in the Conshohocken/Plymouth Meeting area, make sure to stop by this Five Guys and show the crew some love. You won't be disappointed!
It's a nice place. Staff are friendly, and food is tasty. You can taste as much as the same you did.
They leave the bacon off every time I've ordered it and charge you for it anyway. Not worth driving back to complain but makes me feel ripped off every time. Doesn't make me feel like tipping next time.
Just a tad more crunchy and it's 5 stars.
The cashier had an attitude, making a remark "just waiting for everyone" with a serious lack of patience dripping in her tone, as we arrived and took a look at the menu several in our group had never been to a five guys before. Our order was missing a burger, the numbering was off which made for a lot of confusion trying to figure out what was missing. What made it even harder was two burgers out of 5 were made incorrectly. One simply needed an item added the other was sent back to be completely remade. They made it wrong again. The third time they finally got it correct. By that point, I think it fair we all wish we had chosen another location to dine at.

My son is very picky about hamburgers but he loves this place. Fries are definitely my favorite. Place is pretty clean and huge. Many tables to dine in. The prices are not cheap but the taste covers it all

Got My Order Wrong…Twice Now I’m new to the area so I tried this location a couple weeks ago. I went in to order & waited for my food. When I got home, I realized they didn’t give me what I ordered; however, it was Labor Day wknd so I gave them a pass. I decided to give them a second chance tonight but was, again, given the wrong order. **See pic: ordered pickles & onion; got Mayo & tomatoes. Not even close. I don’t think I’ll go back because I keep getting food I don’t like/want.
Food = amazing. Service = quick. The person is the register had a long face. Not friendly at all. I mean, we can have days but she was just not having good experience. I don't want someone smiling all the time, but friendly at least. It's customer service at the end. The guy that gave me the food was super friendly, he should be at the register.
