This restaurant always does a good job with the food. Fries were fresh and delicious, dining area is clean, and restrooms are clean. What brought the dining experience down considerably was a loud, boisterous woman who seemed to be in charge of the safe at the time. She was Explaining to the staff on hand at the time about how the other person in charge of the money left her safe $70 in cash over her till amount. While I understand the concern she showed, she didn’t need to show it so loudly for all the restaurant to hear.

Love the food here but also this particular experience at this location was great! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I experienced a couple of minor issues but the staff were very apologetic and quickly made things right. The store was clean, the restrooms were clean, there's indoor and outdoor seating, and fancy Coke Freestyle machines for the soda connoisseurs. I have nothing negative to say about this location! Terrific experience!

Great choice for a burger. 5 guys is a bit more on the expensive side but that's because of a few reasons. They source their ingredients which is a huge plus IMO. It makes their burgers really stand out. You are also building your burger and then your meal. You do not buy a meal here, you buy your burger and can add a drink. Well worth the price though. I've searched all over Utah and the surrounding states for the best burger and this is by far of the top 3 fast food burgers out there!

Fries are fantastic. I've never really liked the burgers wrapped in foil. It makes them soggy at the end. Plus I always feel like I taste the aluminum foil as I eat the burger. This place is getting very pricey. Me and my wife sharing fries and each having a burger cost us $28. And she got a water. It's The sign of the times I guess with inflation.

This store location just might be the best location I have ever visited. Today the team only consisted of 4 team members, but they were like a well oiled machine pumping out orders together. Where we know there is a shortage of employees almost everywhere, this amazing team of four were calling out orders. singing about hot dogs and working so hard to provide for their customers. If some corporate teams reads this, please thank your workers for what they did today with a line out the door and keeping such positivity going strong!

Went to five guys around 12:45pm on a Sunday for my 29 year old son, when I walked in I was greeted by such nice enthusiastic employees, when I looked over the options the cashier was very helpful to help me navigate what the options were going to be, even after my price shock, he was very patient. So I ordered him the cheese with bacon, it was a double, a little fries and an Oreo shake....$22.59 later...WOW!! The speed was super fast, the food was super fresh....how ever HOLY SALT ON THE FRIES!!! Less is more in this case. But my son seemed to like it all!

Five Guys is the best tasting burger chain in my opinion. It kills me to give this location just one star because staff was not properly trained. The service sucked... but it didn’t stop me at all from enjoying my juicy burger that I like to call heaven on a bun lol. No, but seriously I’ve worked at five guys and the few times i’ve been here to this spot they’ve always had a hard time entering my order and it caused a big hold up in the line. So please send a District manager here to this location to enhance performance. I will give a special shout out to Miss Aleina for her awesome effort in trying to keep the store from falling apart. She needs to be a team lead or something.

I've been coming to this location for years. It's always great. The employees are always great. The food is always perfect. I'm sure I'll be back time and time again for years :

Great customer service. Was amazing truly cared about our order and the food quality. Food was amazing so many fries and hamburger was so fresh and just the way we wanted our food. Thank you you made our drive from 40 mins away worth it.Food: 5/5

It was 30 minutes before closing and they were in the process of cleaning. Not only didn't they act irritated that we were there but they were super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Two other people showed up after us and they were equally nice even though we dirtied up their nice clean store. I drive an extra 10 miles just to go to that location.
