Five Points Pharmacy

Maybe a few months ago they were a great pharmacy , but today 5/5/23 there are 5 cars in the parking lot at 9:25 am Friday waiting for pharmacy to open. Operating hours 8:30 - 6:30 pm Fridays

JUST THE BEST pharmacy store, they are very nice and friendly, very quick I was in with prescription papers and out with the medicine in less than 10 min. Every single one of the Five Points Pharmacy team is super dedicated, you can tell they love what they do, which is help the people in their community. I love you guys THANK YOU AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!

This is a Chick-fil-A drug store. Meaning they are always nice and always smiling. I love them so much. They are patient, they take their time with you and they are very genuine. You will never find a better Pharmacy store. Shout out to Gabby!! She is A sweet heart. On a bad day these people will turn your frown to a smile. Thank you.

Was there for my mom when her regular pharmacy wasn’t going to have this one medication in stock for a few months. We called five points pharmacy in fort valley ga. And they stepped up to the plate and took care of what she needed . Very nice people . They know there medications !!!

I have been using Five Points Pharmacy for quite some now. I have received nothing but AWESOME service from all pharmacists, technicians and entire staff. I certainly recommend that if you’re looking for a pharmacy that HAS YOU IN MIND…. Five Points is where you need to be!!! I MUST give accolades for the attentiveness for their clients. I have a history of migraine headaches. Every time I have a medication change they take the time to review ALL the meds on my profile. Once I was experiencing some negative issues and my original physician just kept piling meds on. One day Jonathan took the time to go through ALL MY MEDICATIONS to see if there were any that would be causing the issues. You guessed it! He found out that I was having symptoms of antihistamine overdose!!! Yes! My own doctor that I had trusted for years had just been piling on meds without regard what they were doing. Needless to say I no longer use that doctor and TRUST my pharmacists at Five Points Pharmacy!!!

Friendly,knowledgeable, helpful staff. The facility is very clean and orderly. Not being bombarded with candy and potato chips at the same counter you get your insulin indicates a higher standard health concern.

I wish I could give you a better rating you sound so nice over the phone. But you are some what lacking in the follow through. Deliveries need to be made promptly not 5 or 6 days after they are paid for. Mr. Pharmacist you need to be more aware of what is going on in your store. That would be where the extra stars would come from. Too sad.

This is top notch service with a super friendly staff! They were quick in getting my script in and getting me right back out the door. Recommend 11/10!!!!

My first time here in this pharmacy since I’ve moved here and the people are nice and they were very quick. And they were joking around wit my boys. Very nice pharmacy....And they also bring your medications to the house. Now I love that and didn’t know that.

I feel like I'm part of this family. They take care of my monthly meds, having them ready for me. Answer all my questions. Call my dr when I need refills so I dont have too. They deliver meds to your house if you cant get to town, depending on how far you live from the store.
