Widespread and diverse landscapes with plenty of trails and bike paths to explore. This is a great asset to the Dayton area. All trails, facilities and roadways are well maintained and serviced regularly. Dog-friendliness: Most areas are dog friendly, however they are very popular so make sure you have a leash and bags to clean up after your pet. I enjoy taking my dog regularly to run/ hike the many trails of 5 Rivers. Picnic area: Well maintained and well placed picnic areas scattered throughout the five rivers metro park are all well maintained and serviced regularly. Most have trash facilities, permanent grills, and restrooms nearby.
Absolutely beautiful! The grounds are well cared for with good parking locations.
I wanted to hike on the trail that was mentioned in the website. But there’s no proper sign in the park that would tell you where exactly is the entrance to the trail. I think this park is more of a picnic area and less of a hiking park.
Very nice parks all over the place but my favorite is mamba mountain bike park you won’t be disappointed
It was clean with lots of wildlife. A little crowded but I was there doing a holiday.
The gardens are gorgeous There are fun and educational activities for kids. They have cool, accessible trails. There's a pond for radio controlled boats. What a great venue for a wedding!
Park ranger was rude, incompetent and harassed us the entire day. Dayton is a dying city and us locals want to see it become what we know it can be by enjoying nature and all that the park has to offer. But the officer in duty Sunday August 13th 2017 at Eastwood lake in the morning and noon was not making that possible at all. I can say this for sure, I will NEVER go back there again. I would rather drive an hour away to somewhere like Alum creek where I know I can relax and spend time with my loved ones without someone like him bothering me...
Rented a shelter for our families holiday brunch. We always have nice time at the shelter.
Great place for a cookout nice exclusive family gatherings. There is a place to play volleyball just needs the net.
I volunteered for them for almost 10 years I had an accident where I fell 23 feet out of a tree they covered absolutely zero dollars in my Hospital expenses and then the next year I was blackballed out of volunteering because they thought I was a liability because of my fault I put her in over 200 hours a year for 10 years I volunteering very sad
