Stopped by in the am. Told to come back at 4:30pm. Came back only to be told across a room that “it would be a long time”. Thought she might offer to put me on the books. Wasted my time twice. Sure would have been convenient. I get you have regulars, but don’t advertise WALK INS WELCOME because I definitely didn’t feel welcome.

Went in for pedicure. Very nice people and good service. It would be great to have additional options for calluses

Love this place. Their hours are not good so I have to wait for them to open, that's the only bad thing.

You will not find a better place to have your hair done.. The owner Melanie is extremely kind and very professional, she is so good at her job that people actually go in to socialize. Melanie is a 4th generation owner, g-grand mother, g-mother, mother and now she is following in their footsteps... I absolutely love going there hair cut, perm, etc... She also does pedicures.. Go see her you won't leave disappointed!!!

I made an appointment over a week ago for a hair cut. I've been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting on someone to get here. I've even reached out via Facebook message, no response... I am a new client. I understand people run late, etc... but no response. This is unacceptable. I have to get a sitter 7 my son so I could make this appointment. Now I am here, waiting and not happen... I really hope they do not treat all their clients this way. I am so disappointed.

My girlfriend will have me drive her from San Antonio all the way to the Houston area to go to this Salon. She says they are the only ones that know how to do her hair correctly! AND SHE WAS RIGHT! She did a wonderful job on my girlfriend's hair and even the blonde highlights look amazing! I would definitely agree that it's worth the trip to go and travel from San Antonio to Houston in order for her to get her hair done at this amazing salon!

Melanie is very friendly and helpful to the needs of your hair. She takes her time and gives you what you ask for in a hair style. Very knowledgeable to trendy styles and gives hair cuts to Men, Women, Teenagers, and young children.

Chelsea food my hair. She listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job. I enjoyed our chitchat and look forward to my next appointment.
