Enjoyed a fun morning on Friday bowling with my Granddaughter and her friend. The lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Gizzele for be so patient while we tried to figure out what size shoes to get the girls. Very much appreciated. Definitely will be coming back.
Imagine booking lanes for your wife’s birthday a week in advance. Arrive the evening of your wife’s birthday only to be told there are no lanes available and they don’t know who took our reservation. “Nothing we can do for you” were the exact words. Nice job-
Good food and good drinks. reasonable prices .will be going back.
Probably the worst bowling experience I've ever had. To start, the limited supply of bowling balls is inexcusable. The people next to us had small children that kept taking the few balls we mustered up. When they got pizza and wings it made us hungry, but there was no pizza left. So we had to get "loaded" fries. So we got a paper plate with undercooked potato sticks with melted cheese. Zero salt, and no ketchup on hand whatsoever. Pretty lame but expectations are low at a bowling alley right? The main issue is that one of the employees allowed her 3 year old son to run around unsupervised. This kid took over our 2nd game halfway through. We nurtured him and displayed great patience while our game was completely ruined. It's certainly not my job to babysit or reprimand unsupervised children in anyway. However, the cashier seemed to believed that it was my party's responsibility to control the behavior of other humans at their facility. She claimed that she would comp ou4 2nd game, but decided to lie about her co-worker bringing her son to work, which is absolute nonsense. Not only did the women declare herself to be an employee, but she was bringing trays of food to our neighbors during our time there. I even gave her $5 after she apologized about him messing up our game. I also grabbed the tray of dishes and trash from our neighbors and brought it to the front as we were the last ones out. Somehow 5 people playing 1 and 1/2 games cost $65. Unbelievable! 2 members of our party left when the little kids took over. The bathrooms need updating as well, but really I gotta say that I'd rather bowl anywhere else at this point. If the owners want to right this wrong and convince me that it was a fluke, but until then...
I don't know if the bowling alley is under new ownership or what. We went to New Year's Eve cosmic bowling. Things just aren't the same as they used to be, not nearly as "good". The staff wasn't that friendly. The DJ, for lack of better words, sucked!! The music was very old and there was very little interaction with the DJ. There wasn't half the black lights and strobe lights that there used to be. Everytime we went into the bar area for drinks all the pitchers were empty. We asked the bar tender for some water and she very rudely and reluctantly filled our cup. The "party" was supposed to go until 1:00am and by 12:30 the lanes were being shut down, all the pitchers in the bar were emptied and turned upside down and the DJ was saying "drive careful and have a good night!" and we were being pushed out the door! For the money that we spent there was 6 in our party we should have had a better experience than we did. After coming to New Year's Eve there for the last 20 years on and off, give or take a few years, I'm not sure if we will be back if this is how things are going to continue to be.
We had a small group of Special Olympic athletes. They meet all of our expectations and more. Very accommodating! We all had a blast! Thank you!
Really clean and updated since I was here in my youth. Kid had a lot of fun. Staff was awesome.
I had my 6 year old daughters party here yesterday, it was so cute the way it was set up, the kids had so much fun. The employees were so nice and helpful. A few days before my daughters party I messaged them via Facebook for a PDF of the food menu for our guests and they were very responsive and helpful. I really recommend a party or even just a bowling night here.
Doesn't look like much, but equip is well-maintained & the value makes this a fun group outing or date night! Can get drinks / food at lanes.
Music was loud, but owner came over and wanted to make sure everything was good. Changing review in the positive direction
