Great jeweler didn't push me to buy anything. I ended up making several purchases and referred friends who loved the customer pieces made. I visited recently and was still remember from 13 years ago. The jewelry purchased has stood the test and just needs a deep cleaning.
The shop owner Onnig is a very dishonest person. He is located in the advance building on the 3rd floor. I have used him a couple of times for repairs and he has tried to pull some funny business with me on some diamonds that were in a piece that belonged to my grandmother. His prices were actually very high for repairs, comparable to other high-end jewelry stores. I feel his price point should be lower considering the area he is in and it is very inconvenient and not very safe to get to. There are so many jewelers to choose from within this building and he is now off my list completely. Onnig should be ashamed of himself and ashamed of how he tries to take advantage of customers! I ended up taking my grandmothers piece to a reputable jewelers and they gave me a very fair price for it.
Took a lot of time to educate us, but at the end tried to rip us off and claimed they had the best deal in the building but was actually the worst. Do your own research and do not impulse buy!
Had a fantastic experience here over the years. Onnig and crew were great to work with. Wedding rings, special commemorations and repairs
