The idiosyncrasies of Flash Market is Racism! The President of this company Jamie Patterson prides himself on hiring, covering-up and placing Racist in Management positions. The Flash Market Shell #26 employs a racist by the name of Lance Fletcher, whom of which is unqualified to be an assistant manager. This individual refers to customers as "YOU PEOPLE", disrespectfully uses profanity toward them and refers to customers of color as N*GGERS! We are in the 21st Century continuously dealing with ignorant racial derogatory language. Lance Fletcher felt so comfortable with his actions, which only proves that this kind of behavior is acceptable and commonplace. The Manager Mary Pickett, along with the District Manager Craig Bryan Watson were made aware of what had transpired, and collectively they could have cared less about the unfortunate situation. After that, the President Jamie Patterson was also made aware of the racially motivated interaction, he showed "ZERO" empathy! Jamie Patterson had a plethora of excuses for his employees' unprovoked racist actions. RACISM IS ACCEPTABLE within the Flash Market Corporation and the example of ignorance begins with the President Jamie Patterson. He refuses to hold his employees accountable for racial hatred! He chooses to ignore the ignorance of his employees; this type of nonchalance speaks volumes about "his character"!
I do not know what has happened to this store, but in the last 3 months it has went to the dogs. The people are not as friendly as they were and the food is not as good. Why did you guys have to change the good store that we had?
Was sitting in the parking lot in a parking spot at a gas station where one of the trucks pulled up to deliver fuel, acting like I was in his way. I was going to move then the driver started mouthing vulgar things at me and proceeded to flip me off. Id call and give the truck number and information but your company seems to be lacking any contact info. Typical for the type of behavior witnessed today. Must be such a successful company you are running.
