Beware of this insurance agency. They are unprofessional and almost prevented us from closing on our condo in Punta Gorda. Beware of Susan in the agency, misleading and not knowledgeable or helpful. After 3 weeks of her telling us all the repairs, upgrades, inspections and documents needed for her to bind a policy, we had another VERY knowledgeable agent bind the same policy in 48 hours. The upgrades being done after closing and ownership, as is logical. BUYER BE WARE
