Fleet Farm

Fleet Farm is my all-time favorite store! I'm not a huge fan of shopping, but I can spend hours and a great deal of money if I'm not careful walking the aisles of this all-inclusive store! Kudos Fleet Farm! I'm a big fan!

Trying to get a propane tank refilled here and I've been working with 3 ppl for over 40 mins now and no one knows the process. The manager Dave hangs up on his associates leaving the clueless and frustrated trying to help customers with no answer . I'll not be shopping here and be ready to experice the poorest customer service I've seen. I don't have access. I don't work in this department. Are just some statements employees are giving customers. There was an elderly gentleman that the asscocites sent all over the store to find a produce becuse each associates didn't want to take any ownership in helping the store make a sale..he was ferious and disillusioned becuse he has a bad ankle and all associates made home walk from one depart to the next to find an item he needed. Yeah, very poor Custer Serv. I'll not shop here again and don't recommend it either. I'd rather drive out 40 mins to get some direct assistance and not waste time trying to help the frustrated employees to help me...

I do shop here a lot but it's so frustrating. Shelves are always empty of the stuff you really need. This is not a pandemic/supply chain issue, it started long before that. The bolts and hardware was redone a few years ago and there are drawers of stuff that HAVE NEVER HAD STUFF IN THEM! Final straw was me showing up 7 minutes before closing the other day. I needed one thing right inside the Auto department but the doors were locked.

I had my oil changed and the service members are pleasant and professional. They were appreciative for me trusting them with my car. Fleet Farm is a one stop merchandise store.

The cashier was VERY helpful. He showed me where the bag candy was located and showed me the best way to save money. I was very impressed with his salesmanship.

I love this store but honestly, they really need to fix their online serach and inventory. I usually order online as I don't have time and don't want to go into the store. Over and over their inventory is not online but it is in the store. Plenty of it too. Search is also terrible. Search for "bird feed" and you only get a few options. I am sick of it. I spoke to a manager a while ago who promised to look into it but I guess they didn't. Their online inventory is separate from in store so someone needs to fix it is what head quarter said. And it needs to be done at the local level. Guess they don't know this?

They have everything you can possibly need for outdoor sports and hunting. They also have a huge selection of pet supplies. Browsing through the clothing section I scored a nice Minnesota t-shirt as a souvenir of my trip we were visiting from NY for 25% off. I was highly amused by this seemingly random bar of beer soap, actually made by Budweiser!

The auto department is absolutely horrible. They used to have decent technicians but lately not so much. I purchased roadside hazard on the tires and they are not able nor wiling to honor it due to employee issues. This is not the customers problem it is the company issue to provide a service they sold us. It's really sad WALMART was able to resolve our issue and Fleet farm has fallen so low in service perhaps they should close until they are to provide appropriate customer service Also there is never an associate that has any knowledge of anything in this store
