So happy that I followed my MD and personal trainer recommendations to go to Fleet Feet. I and very happy feet left the store today. I highly recommend the business

Such a great experience with Claire! I drove from Springfield to get my teenage son’s feet scanned to determine the best shoe since he was getting blisters from running CrossCountry. Claire was super knowledgeable. My son left with a great pair of shoes, new socks and is looking forward to his next run. Highly recommend.

I had gone in for a pair of walking shoes, and my first experience there was not ideal. However, I went back to exchange the shoes out and Dan and Kelly were absolutely amazing to work with. They made sure that I was very happy with my newest purchase And I walked out a very satisfied customer. I absolutely will go back. Customer service is top notch.

I walked in to my local Iowa Fleet Feeet location yesterday hoping to pick up some shoes for a race. They were out of my size and said that unfortunately it would be around a week for delivery. Well- I was VERY surprised when my shoes arrived today less than 20 hours later with a very sweet note from the Bloomington Fleet Feet. Funny that the store I bought my track shoes from growing up is helping me out 10 years later! Thanks again!

Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, got a perfect fit and an awesome pair of Hoka walking shoes. Also grabbed a pair of amazingly soft socks and a pair of Goodr sunglasses. Definitely going back!

It’s like having a personal assistant to shop for the perfect shoe for you. The person that helped me brought out 3 different brands and explained how they are different and told me about the company that I ended up picking. Very friendly staff and they weren’t pushy. They made suggestions but I never felt pressured to buy ANYTHING. Totally worth the little extra money compared to buying online.

I bought a pair of walking shoes here about 6 months ago and they were extremely comfortable but I had worn them out and needed to replace them. Took one in and asked if they still had them. Checked size and went back and got a pair. Tried them on and they were just as comfortable as the first time. Bought them. In and out of the store in about 10 minutes. As always, salesman was kind, courteous and very efficient. This is an awesome store that you should check out.

She is very knowledgeable of the products in your store and can relate it to her customers ensuring they get the shoes best suited for them. I was completely satisfied with my in store experience and purchase, five stars plus for her.

I am a senior and not an athlete. A therapist recommended Fleet Feet to me for new walking shoes. I visited on Sunday afternoon. A gentleman met me and listened to my needs. He had a couple of possibilities and brought out several pairs to be sure I got a good fit. I walked out with a new pair of Hoka leather walking shoes. I was very pleased with Fleet Feet.

Fleet Feet is a tremendous resource for the running lifestyle! Do yourself a favor and go in and get fitted and treated right! I was analyzed and fitted and given 3 pairs of shoes to choose from to work with my gait, amazing. I highly recommend Fleet Feet!
