Incredible! I’m new to running. I walked in pretty clueless, and left feeling informed and confident. The service was terrific, and Caroline, a staff member, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. This review is on behalf of my wife. I've been a Fleet Feet customer for quite a while. I walk for exercise and usually log around 1,650 miles a year on my Hoka Bondi shoes I go through 3 pair per year. When we travel, we tend to walk around quite a bit and my wife often complains about very sore feet in spite of wearing high quality shoes that provide good support Saucony Guide. I suggested that my wife visit Fleet Feet in Blue Ash, OH and go through their fitting process. She worked with Stacey, one of the owners, who recommended an Asics shoe along with some Fleet Feet insoles. Fast forward to a trip to Italy and Austria where we logged quite a few miles every day for about 2 weeks. The result of the new shoes and insoles was dramatic. Her feet were not sore ... not even once. Stacey did us a tremendous service, but it's easy to recommend nearly all of Fleet Feet's team. They're all knowledgeable and focused on providing the very best customer service and support.
Fleet Feet an Blue Ash offers great high-end shoes. After waiting over an hour at Oakley I drove to the blue Ash location for faster service. The gentleman that helped was fabulous!
I spent $188 on a brand new pair of Saucony shoes and insoles. After 30 days the insole began to wear a hole through it. I walk at least 5 miles a day outdoors on concrete for work. I brought the shoes and insoles in expecting to just exchange the insoles however Andrew the assistant store manager noticed that my shoes were wearing a bit faster than expected. He offered to replace the shoes and insoles and so I walked out with a brand new pair of the same shoes and brand new inserts. What's more is that Andrew invited me to come back in about 25 days before the 60 day return window closes to see how the new pair is wearing. Andrew said if the new pair is wearing unexpectedly fast than he would fit me for a completely new shoe and this would all be in included in my original $180 purchase. I could not be happier and I will be a life long customer after this experience. Update- The shoes are holding up great!

I have to classify my visit to this store as "uncomfortable". I wanted to return some shoes my family purchased for me because I didn't like them, and I saw online this location had the inventory in store of what I wanted. I came in asking about an exchange, had to sign in on an iPad and I ended up waiting 45 minutes before being helped. I must say this store must not get a lot of African American customers and I figured since it is in a hoity, high-income area but overall, my general experience was just uncomfortable. The employees looked as if they were uncomfortable to help me. I should have left but a young girl finally assisted. Even when I went to return my original purchase, the blonde lady with a hat on was questioning getting my cash back. I make good money and can purchase whatever running shoes I want, but don't act chastising. Got what I wanted through online ordering but will never return to this location. I will stick my Kentucky store because the customer service is awesome, just didn't have the shoe I wanted in store.

Lucas was so kind and extremely patient with me while I was looking for new shoes today. I'm extremely picky when it comes to shoes, but he was up for the challenge. He was attentive to what I liked and disliked, helped to find alternatives and provide new suggestions. I'm so appreciative of the great customer service he provided for me. Thank you!
I had such a great experience with the staff here! They spent a lot of time addressing why I have been having issues with my feet while running pain and numbness in areas, and they did a scan of my feet to get metrics on how they are shaped, where I am putting pressure, etc. They helped me find the perfect pair of shoes to train for my triathlon. I will be coming back here every time I need a new pair of shoes!
