Today was the first time I’ve been to this place. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I was immediately welcomed and placed on a waitlist to be fitted for shoes. My mom arrived right as Lenard was available to help me. He offered to help her at the same time. After doing the fit ID, Lenard discussed the results with me and asked me some questions about my goals and needs. Then brought out several options. Throughout the process he was friendly, kind and helpful. My mom and I both left as happy customers with shoes we love. We will definitely be back next time we need shoes!! Highly recommend this place.
Doug at the St. Matthews store just went above and beyond to help my son with finding the correct size and the best shoe for him. Not only was he super nice and helpful, but he also taught my son how to tie his shoes. Talk about customer service! I would highly recommend Doug and the store to anyone.
I was immediately taken with the quick acknowledgment of my presence, and rapid personal attention to my needs. I was amazed by the advanced approach to checking my shoe size and other aspects of my feet. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable ask for Suzanne!, and I left with walking shoes that have already banished a lot of aching in toes and ankles 4 days! Check out Fleet Feet Louisville!
The service I got with MJ for my shoe fitting was great! It was my first time getting fitted professionally for shoes for a specific purpose and she was extremely helpful educational and welcoming. I also loved the community vibe I got from the store and the exceptional customer service/return policy. That way you know you’ll be totally happy with your purchase.
It’s awesome to have somewhere local to shop for running gear. I got my feet measured and found out important information about how shoes fit me. Staff was friendly, but it did take 15 mins after my appointment time to see someone who could help me. There was also only one color for the shoes I liked that fit me. Overall my experience was pleasant.
Very helpful staff. I've been struggling with finding the right running shoe, so I decided to come here to have my foot measured. I wasn't expecting the 3d digital scan.. Wow! what a great tool. Apparently, I've been buying shoes a size too large for years rather than getting a wide size. Pricing on the shoes I'd shopped were the same as any other large stores or websites, so you get better more personal service for the same price! Ditch the Academy, foot lockers, etc.. and check these folks out!
My daughter is starting to join the cross country team at her middle school, and my wife and I had been out with her for days to find her suitable shoes. We first went to Swags, and was very disappointed not only in the available selection, but the seemingly disinterested sales staff. Then we went to the Mall Saint Mathews, and every store we went to, the associates referred me to another store Foot Locker, Champs etc. Finally we went to Dick’s and got the same thing - disinterested associates but one who fortunately referred me to Fleet Feet, who we had never heard of. That turned out to be a great recommendation, however. We walked into Fleet Feet and immediately were enthusiastically approached by a young associate named Olivia. We explained what we needed and she asked all the right questions you would expect and hope to hear from an obviously very knowledgeable sales associate. She explained that she had been a cross country runner since the 5th grade and meticulously asked my daughter questions and found the shoe that fit and looked the way my daughter wanted. I obviously highly recommend this particular store on Breckenridge, and this young college athlete Olivia!
Been awhile since we've been there but the staff and store are much better than Lexington location. They had exact shoes I wanted and perfect color in my size. 1 pair in stock they held them no problem. They were super busy but took care of me right away. Definitely my #1 go to for running shoes.
Fleet Feet has two strengths:great sales associates who know the products they have to sell, and, secondly they know from their digital measurements what’s the client/buyer needs and which line of shoes can deliver the needed results. PLUS, our associate has the personality and the knowledge on how to work with us — to take us in a fun relaxed way to explain why the shoes we were wearing were wrong for our feet. Great shopping experience!
They are so nice and helpful. They ask questions about your lifestyle to get the perfect fit. They do scans of your feet too! I bought a pair of shoes and ended up having to exchange them once my custom orthotics came in. They were very nice about it and extremely helpful. I left with the perfect shoes for me!
