Great store with helpful staff. We were able to get fitted to the right shoe using some scanning/imaging equipment in the store. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and the store had great selection on running accessories, jackets, shorts, socks, shoes, water bottles, gels and refueling snacks. It was a great place for all things running.
Worst staff and service of any running store I've come across. My girlfriend ran her first 10k this summer and was so excited to win a $25 gift certificate good for shoes in stock, We're from out of town so made a special trip to see what they had in her size in a shoe that works for her. Not one pair, not even a pair of brooks for myself. I asked if it would be possible to apply it to an equivalent amount of clothing or accessories instead so the store would still make a profit. The woman rudely refused to do anything for her. Not at all what I've come to expect from local running shops.
Excellent shoe store for finding the right sneakers for your feet. The staff provided personal attention to make sure I had the right shoes following ankle surgery. I had a choice of brands. They also are well supplied with inventory for runners, from shoes to clothing to gels.
I was really impressed today! I bought a pair of shoes a couple weeks ago and they were unfortunately the wrong size. I had worn them outside in VT during mud season. I brought them in hoping they could offer some sort of discount on a different pair. They found a much better fit for me and gave me a full refund! Thanks Fleet Feet!
Good selection and price. Sale prices could be posted more prominently on shoes. Local store is great for running programs.

Excellent service! I need split sized running shoes, and Fleet Feet is one of the only places that offers this. After calling the store and confirming that the shoes I wanted were in stock, I was able to order the shoes over the phone and they were shipped to me for free! I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was. I highly recommend Fleet Feet Vermont and will be returning!
I have been running pretty consistently for the last year and finally went in to get fitted for running shoes. It’s amazing what all they can show and tell you with the machine they have and the knowledge of their staff. The salesperson was very helpful, obviously knew what she was doing and patient as she brought me multiple pairs to try on and then test on the treadmill.
Women was kindove rude when I explained I already had 2 pair of Brooks and was looking for another style shoe. She asked why I even came in there which made me not feel welcome. I have purchased from Fleet Feet before at different locations and had a great experience, unfortunately this was not the case this time.
Highly recommend Fleet Feet! If your looking to find your perfect shoe fit look no further! The staff is so knowledgeable and the technology they have to get know your feet is amazing! Go get a good pair of sneakers, you won't regret it!
