I want to thank fleet pride of commerce and especially Frank for going above and beyond and finding me a product and having it delivered in less than 12 hours. Tremendous communication and customer service all around.Frank truly knock this one out of the park. He alone did what a whole branch over at Gardena Fleet Pride couldn’t do. I would truly recommend going to this location, even if it’s somewhere out of your way.

I had a great experience. I came in asking for a break chamber and Frank asked me three simple questions.  I was able to get the correct break chamber. 30 30 welded cleves in and out. He was insightful and knowledgeable. I’ll be coming back and recommending. Thank you fleet pride!

I would highly recommend this place for truck parts.  I had a leaking airline and called to get one.  The parts guy said he had one but it would be thirty minutes before he could get to me.   Other parts stores said it would be two hours.  Twenty minutes later I called back and  his driver was on his way.  Highly professional and helpful. I will be a customer for life.  As long as the parts guy is there

Great customer service, Frank is awesome very friendly and knowledgeable  goes above and beyond to get what I need when I need it and same day delivery highly recommend.

Idiot here refused to exchange a battery I had recently purchased within its warranty period. Refused to exchange my battery claiming warranty didn't cover my damages. I went to his competitionNapa and my problem was solved. If you have any brains you'll stay away from this hell hole. Message to the owner: Customer Is Always Right

Had an awesome experience the customer service was excellent and precise and frank the customer service rep was extremely helpful and knew exactly which part I needed for my truck in seconds and got me in and out in a timely manner I definetly recommend fleet pride to any truck owners or businesses.

Bad service especially the store manager. For everything they need to see the exact part.. is like employees from home depot... they dont know anything

Customer service is the last thing they care about. Cold & distant employees. Resolving your dilemma/needs makes no difference to them.
