We are accessible 24 hours a day for members. The hours posted are for one time use passes and for sign up.



"24 hour powerlifting friendly gym with cardio and weight machines in a clean, friendly atmosphere! Our office hours Sept 5, 2023 through May 30, 2024 are Monday through Thursday 9-11am, 12-2pm, 5-7pm. Fridays 5-7pm, Saturdays 12-2pm and Sundays 12-2pm. We're available other times upon request. Sign ups are available online for day passes and memberships."

Great gym! Very nice people who work at the desk. It’s 24 hrs of which I love! Wide verity of equipment, from machines to weights galore. Private bathrooms, and lockers. They do not have showers.
Great place to work out and look at their great community involvement. They are the folk's responsible for the annual 9-11 tribute. Thanks for all you do!
LOVE my early morning class with Kim!! I now feel so much more comfortable using all the different machines. It is so rewarding to see how I am making progress each week. The gym is clean, well equipped and the staff is amazing!!
Great place to train. Just a small low key gym that has 24 hr access. They have Nice Rogue Powerlifting equipment, some specialty bars and chains. They also have some nice cardio and plate loaded equipment.
What a fun place to work out. Tons of equipment, clean, nice amenities and easy access. The price is definitely reasonable! Love the folks that work out here! We are lucky to have this gym here in Evanston.
Love the weight lift class with Kim. In just a few short weeks I have reached my fitness goals. The gym is clean and the variety of equipment is great.
24 hour access for me is the best possible thing. When I have time, the gym is there waiting for me. All the equipment I could want in a clean and friendly environment and in the best location in town.
