Great customer service. Our salesperson, Irma Cuevas, helped us find our perfect couch for the perfect price. We went with the pick up option and had a smooth and efficient experience when picking it up from the warehouse. Definitely would recommend!!!

Customer service was not as welcoming, made me feel like they just wanted me to spend my money. Associate wasn’t really interested in exactly what it was that I liked or wanted. I also received my items damaged.

Yanni, was an extremely nice sales person. However, I urge you not to buy furniture from this company at all. If you order a huge dresser they will not take it out of the box for you unless you pay $50 or more for “assembly” Also they delivered my furniture on the wrong date and were rude to my mom upon delivery

Both experiences with this store have been great. Delivery men were especially helpful at getting our furniture inside. I didn't get 1 gentleman's name but shoutout to him and Peewee! And the ladies in the store. Nice quality furniture and good jams playing in the store while you shop

Went to buy a complete bed set for my new apartment and could not believe the price!!! It's hard out here with prices going up and I was soo glad to find a bedroom set to fit my price budget. The girls where very helpful and took their time to hear my needs. Will definitely be going back to buy my living room set. Happy customer

I honestly can say, i been ordering from them since 2015-16 and i had no issues with delivery and or the quality of my furniture. The end of 2022 i bought a bedroom set that got delivered to my home. I didnt have them assemble it because im hands on and love doing my thing. I got all the boxes open for the bed and when it was time to open the footboard box i noticed a BIG HOLE on the corner like it was dragged. Come to find out when i opened it, one of the post was broke and in pieces. I called them from that delivery date and sent pictures. They did not respond to me in the time frame they said. I had to keep calling them and going up there for answers. I had to send emails back to back to get answers and still nothing. So after 3 weeks and payments taking from my account i got fed up and went back up there again and still no reply to when i was getting my replacement. The supervisor told me he will call me to inform me on what was what & I GOT. O CALL. I ordered this furniture in the middle of November 2022. So after me having to go off on them they finall called and delivered my replacement on December 13th.....it was a 4 weeks damn near month wait....thats messed up. I will most definitely not have them deliver my stuff. I rather go pick it up and inspect it before leaving...smfh
