flicc is the film club for the Carroll Arts Center.
The Clubs' goal is to use the Arts Center to celebrate the art of film, to inspire, inform and even entertain.
Flicc meets almost every 3rd Tuesday at the Carroll Arts Center, at 6:30 P.M.
To use the facilities and technology of the Arts Center to display and promote the Art of Film.
