The Citizen's Radio Patrol was created by the Flint Police Dept to help the community engage in their own neighborhoods and be a part of crime prevention.
In an effort to empower the Citizens of Flint, Chief Tolbert created the Citizen's Radio Patrol. Utilizing the FPD's old radio system and equipment, crime watch and neighborhood groups have been communicating with each other city wide as they patrol and take back their neighborhoods!
