Got my baby girl fixed and couldn't have been more pleased with the steps they gave me to do at home! She's back to herself now happy as can be! Thank you guys!! Would go there again!

Great customer service and always take good care of my sweet pup!

My husband and I have been taking our babies there since they were born and our other fur baby there up until she passed. I absolutely love the doctors there. However, their groomer is horrible. I think she might be scared of large dogs even if they’re just puppies. I took both of my babies there last Tuesday and paid for sedation for my 1 year old puppy. The groomer was supposed to call me before she got started on him so I could tell her how I wanted him cut. I even brushed him out the day prior to his grooming appointment to make things easier for her. Well, the groomer never called before she started grooming him which is what she said she would do. When my husband arrived to pick them up, the groomer shaved my boy completely. The groomer’s said he was severely matted and she was trying to hurry before the sedation lifted and he woke up. He wasn’t matted because I brushed him the day before and his sedation didn’t wear off for hours after he got home. Let’s now mention how his shave was horrible and so uneven. I’m not understanding why because he was sedated. It seems to me she doesn’t know what she is doing or just doesn’t care. When my husband asked her what happened, on top of all of her excuses, she was also extremely rude. I’ll never bring them back there to be groomed, EVER!! The hospital is wonderful but the groomer is awful! I’m not sure what she was thinking when she shaved him. Had she called me, I would have went there and brushed him myself. Before you ask, yes I groom them myself but I also have stage four cancer and I just didn’t have the energy to do it and gave them another chance along with sedation to make it easier for her. I’ll never take them back and after paying them over $300 for an uneven shave, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else. Highly disappointed!! She deserves no stars but that’s not an option so she gets just one star and that is still being generous. I do know the groomer’s name but decided to leave it out of this review. Like I said, the hospital is wonderful but the groomer, not good at all!!!!

Very friendly and fast. You can meet with the groomers at drop off to explain exactly how you want your pet to he groomed.

Our 4 legged buddy has been going there since he was born. Just boarded him for 5 days. They have the best doc and staff. Clean, friendly, reasonable priced, dog go out a lot to play not stuck in kennel all day. Great place that actually care for your animal. Will not go anywhere else.

Took our dachshund in for an exam and shots. Staff was very competent and gentle with her Facility was extremely clean and orderly. Our vet was very thorough and explained everything to us verbally and summarized in a written report. My wife and I both thought she was the best vet we have ever taken one our pets to see. Boarding and daycare in offered in an adjoining building Very caring staff.

I can always count on Flint River to take amazing care of my babies! Dr Lowe even came in on his day off when one of my dogs got poisoned and needed to be closely monitored. They saved her sight and her life. I will forever be grateful!

medmThey were very polite to me. The place was so clean. I just moved here and was looking for a nice place to get my dogs groomed. Because of the move my dogs were late in getting groomed and looked awful. I was ashamed of their looks. Now they are so pretty again. I'm glad I found Flint River Animal Hospital and it's so close to home too.
