We are very pleased with the work Floor Coverings Int. did for us. They have done two jobs one being our kitchen a d dining room floor with a laminate flooring and our living room flooring. In the living room they removed carpet sanded and refinished the Red Oak hard wood floors to their natural color. The work was done quickly and carefully and professionally. We would recommend any time. Thanks to Mark, Pamela and Neil.
I love my new floors. The installing team is punctual and did a beautiful job. Neal responded quickly to all my questions. The photos below are of Shaw Pantheon HD+ LVP in Charred Earth. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International-Mooresville.
Neal & Pamela were so great to work with. Neal helped to guide us with great decisions on flooring to meet our needs & make a sound investment for maximum return. Working with Neal and his team was a great experience from the start. We loved that a full array of samples was brought to us and once Neal had an understanding of what we were looking for, he was able to narrow it down and help us make the perfect choice. Our project manager, Rose, and the installation team were fantastic. What a beautiful job they did. We were concerned about having to touch up trim work after recently having our home painted but everything was perfect! They even come back for a walkthrough before you pay your final balance. The personal service and quality of the product and job are far superior to any large home improvement store!
My thoughts when I hired Floor Coverings International. "This has to be too good to be true, you can't get anything good, fast and inexpensive". I'm happy to say I was 100% wrong. I was blown away by the customer service I received from Neal and his crew from beginning to end. The entire process was seamless and effortless for us. We moved here from out of state and had the carpet installed before we arrived. I can't rave about Floor Coverings International enough. They did SUCH a fantastic job! It's so refreshing to find an honest, service oriented company in today's world. My husband and would give them 10 gold stars if we could!!
They were recommend by an interior designer friend who has very high standards. They did such a beautiful job in our office, we had them carpet our upstairs. Amazing quality and workmanship! Installers were professional and careful. They communicated throughout the process and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!!!
Neal Martin quoted me a fair price to take up my wood floors to replace with a gorgeous luxury vinyl, large tile look-alike for my high traffic kitchen/breakfast area! He helped me pick out a marble-like beige cream tone color and I love it! They replaced my carpet w/this luxury vinyl as well in my master bedroom! His two installers worked steadfast to complete my rooms in just a day! I can't thank them enough!! I highly recommend this company for your room update project!!
Recently worked with Floor Coverings International for the installation of both vinyl plank flooring and carpet. They came to my house with samples and were patient with my initial wishy-washiness in regard to what I wanted where and what colors. Installers were prompt, courteous and got the entire job done in two days worth of work. Everything looks great.
