Very happy with the work Floor Crafters did in our house. They replaced old carpet areas with hardwood and seamlessly laced it in with existing hardwood floor, some of it damaged by a leak. It all looks brand new and beautiful. They also helped us move furniture to the garage, which is a service not all companies offer, others ask you to hire movers. Everyone was super helpful from beginning to end. The installers were very professional, on time and courteous. They really exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!Services: Install flooring
We needed our floors refinished and Floor Crafters was recommended by a trusted contractor. Glad we listened to him! The whole process with Floor Crafters was excellent - scheduling &getting the estimate, scheduling the work, the professionalism and craftsmanship of the two guys who did the work, and the care after the project to make certain we were satisfied. Kim is a joy to work with - she even was able to make a schedule adjustment that really helped us out. We are happy with the choice we made, and would recommend them to anyone needing quality work done right!
Floor Crafters just finished installing & refinishing the hardwood floors in my Gunbarrel home. The floors look amazing & the staff was wonderful. From the estimate which was very clear, easy to understand & easy to pick & choose the options I wanted to the scheduling Evelyn was super friendly & very helpful working with my contractors schedule to the actual install & refinish Justin & Michael were super nice & professional - it all went perfectly on time and on budget. My floors look fantastic - everyone who sees them is full of compliments. Sadly, I did not choose to have them to the stairs at the same time - big mistake!! I will be scheduling Floor Crafters again in the spring to get the stairs done. Thanks, Floor Crafters!
We recently had Floor Crafters install hardwoods on the top floor of our house; the service was highly professional, perfectly executed, and the clean up was tidy. We went with the Dustless system, and I was impressed with how little clean up was required to finish the job - in and out in three days. The house will look amazing for many years to come, I am very satisfied!
Excellent sanding job done by Floor Crafters. They kept me well appraised of all work to be done, helped move furniture out, and kept everything very neat and clean on the jobsite. They use high quality sealer and finish and did a great job applying it. Plus the dust containment system left very little dust after the job was finished. My floors look new again! I highly recommend Floor Crafters!
I am thoroughly pleased with my Floor Crafters experience, in fact delighted! The person who came out to evaluate my job was professional and asked excellent questions. The quote was reasonable, in fact several hundreds of dollars lower that another recommended company. But the BEST was the quality of workmanship both in new floor installation and re-finishing of 17 year old existing floors. They take pride in their workman ship. Everyone also respected our schedule; I received daily texts confirming arrival times, which were all on time! Thank you Floor Crafters, I will be able to say "you're welcome" to all folks looking for this service.
Floor Crafters finished the new wood floor in my remodeled kitchen and then refinished the 60 year old wood floors in the rest of my house - what a difference! You wouldn't be able to tell where one ends and the other begins. Everyone was professional, on time, and easy to work with. I get so many compliments on the floors. I highly recommend Floor Crafters!

Shaun and his team did a fantastic job with both new wood floors and bathroom floor and wall tiles. Their craftsmanship was excellent and they were extremely accommodating and able to accelerate their schedule to work with us during some difficult times.
