Dustin grew up in the flooring industry where he learned installation and did sales while in high school for Johnson Cashway. After high school Dustin & Nicole helped start Island Flooring and managed it for 10 years, at that time they decided it was time to going out on their own.At which time Floor It GI was born! We just completed a kitchen remodel with Floor It.  We are very pleased with the results.  We received the help we needed with design options to maximize space, guidance with products and decorating.  We appreciated the temporary countertop and sink while waiting for granite.  We were super impressed with Tim and Brandon who were skilled, efficient and trustworthy.  We would definitely recommend to others.

We had a large project done, put new flooring in through most of the main floor. When the project was going on the installer was very nice to speak to, he would answer any of my questions and never acted like I was bothering him. They stood by their time frame for completion and it was spot on to what they said it would be. All throughout my house the trim work is very nice so I was nervous that something would end up being damaged, they do give you a warning when coming out to quote the project that there could be damage to trim and walls, but to be completely honest when they were done there was no damage to walls and the trim just needed some repainting so over all they did a great job with that. Dustin was very easy to talk to and while the project was going on if you had any questions he would respond right away, they do a very good job moving anything around and taking care of your things in your house. Overall floor it is a great company and I would highly recommend them for any flooring project.

Had a great experience with Dustin.  Enjoyed not going to the store.  His customer service has been great, but installation was not top.  Suggest installers us booties over boots to help avoid footprints on new flooring. It has taken several scrubbings with special cleaners to get the prints off.  We will consider using them again. From start to finish we had a positive experience with Floor It. We had thought about a different type of flooring and when Dustin came out to give us an estimate and measure our rooms, he was up front about how we would end up with problems with what we were thinking of using.  The reason of having an older home, and the floors were not completely level, offering us other options. Richard and Quinton are a great team. They were professional and quick at getting the floors installed. When we had some of the planks come loose, just a call and they were back out to fix them. Overall, I am so glad we chose Floor It.

I am very pleased with the work done by Floor It.  The workers were accommodating and did an excellent job.  I had one issue that needed to be resolved and it was handled quickly and professionally.  I highly recommend Floor It!

Great company. They were quick to bring truck with samples so you can see how they look in your own home. Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We were able to get flooring installed couple weeks after ordering. Justin and crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. We will definitely be using them again if need be.

The salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Asked questions and responded to questions to help us get the best results. The workmen were on time, worked hard, also asked and answered questions to make sure everything was as needed, and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the job done!

When we first walked in the show room, Kat greeted us and was so nice and helpful. We then decided to go with Floor It to fully remodel our bathroom. We would defintly have them back again, the young men working stuck to business and were very nice, they cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of the carpets they had to walk on. When we are ready for our next remodel, we will hire them again. Jim and Kathy Leschinsky

We were very happy with the service and product from Floor It.  They were knowledgable and efficient and the installer did a great job.  Everyone was great to work with.

Dustin and Nicole were great to work with. They were patient and kind with all of our questions and changes. We were very impressed with Justin and his installation crew. They were punctual, kind and also answered all of our questions. They even returned when we needed something changed.  Thank you to the Floor-It team. We highly recommend them for your home remodel needs.
