We love coming to this park!. The only drawback is there are no bathrooms. But there are 9 benches, 3 trashcan and a few beautiful trees planted as a memorial. Playground: There's plenty to play on. Nice equipment. Swings a little sweaky. Car on a spring. Balance beam. Catapillar jungle gym. Smaller slide for smaller toddlers. Swings incl reg swings, handicap safety swing, and little toddler/baby bucket swing. Dog-friendliness: It's dog friendly, but please pick up after your dog. Picnic area: There's a picnic table under a tree, kinda near a side street. Then there's plenty of benches spread out around the park to sit and enjoy.
I went for my first block walk today. I’m going to try to do this every day. It was very quiet very peaceful morning enjoyed it.
The park is open spaced with at least 4 benches. An area for kids to play toddler to 12. Older kids may be bored without a bike or skateboard. Neighborhood is very nicely kept homes all around, peaceful
I love this place and frequently visit it daily. With or without my children. It does close at dark! Playground: They have multiple playground equipment for children. Including swings and infant and toddler swings. Restrooms: Unfortunately, there are no bathrooms available! Dog-friendliness: There is an area for you to walk and as long as your dog is on a leash and you have FULL CONTROL of your dog and clean up after his/her "duties" there is no reason you cannot walk them while you are walking.. Picnic area: There are shaded picnic tables to sit at and enjoy yourself.. I personally sit and enjoy doing my artwork while my children play or I read my book or study for school.
My grandson enjoyed the park. It's made for varied age groups, toddlers to elementary kids.
New kids equipment great, good to walk and pet friendly but a lot people aren't pet poop conscious and the town doesn't not regularly pick up the dog waste bin
Stopped here for an outdoor picnic lunch during our trip. We were 1 of 2 families there, so very empty. Basic but good quality playground equipment. Only 1 picnic table and no restrooms. The play area and park is not fenced in if you have children that run. Lots of beautiful trees surrounding the playground but absolutely no shade over the equipment so it was very hot to play or touch plastic or metal equipment. Definitely a negative during summer months.
Such a spacious park! There is a track and plenty of land to fly kites, walk your pets or enjoy a kickball game. The neighbors are very friendly and it’s a clean park to enjoy. There is a picnic table area and playground for toddlers and young teens. My babies love riding their bikes to the park and enjoying hours of play. Fun community events our hosted here, like the Halloween festival! The only thing they are missing is a grill.
This is a very good place for exercise for children to get their physical fitness and for them to play a good place to sit and picnic tables and study or read or contemplate nice quiet place to hang out also it is frequented by the police who tried to keep it safe for everyone
