My Mum and I had the loveliest reception when we first came to cocoa flowers regarding funeral flowers for my Grandma. We came based on the online reviews but still had a few different florists in mind - the lovely staff here made it an easy decision. We left with total confidence that they would take care of everything, and they did. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and better than we could have envisioned. Thank you so so much to the team, could not recommend more highly.
Fantastic florist! Rang up to organise a bouquet of flowers for my fiancée. I was given a bespoke order with recommendations. The flowers were ready for pick up within 30 minutes and I was even offered delivery. A lovely card was written to personalise the gift. Fantastic customer service and the flowers went down a treat! Highly recommend!
Called in to get some flowers and was greeted by Caroline who made me the most beautiful bouquet while I waited, amazing flowers, so fresh and the arrangement was lovely. Nice and friendly, chatty and also decent value for the size of bouquet. Highly recommend cocoa flower for any flowers you need

I live in New York and forgot all about UK mothers day so I found Cocoa Flower online and sent them a request to please try and deliver flowers today to my mum who lives in Handbridge. They did! and they were absolutely beautiful, full or roses and lilies. My mum says it's like flower heaven and has spread the huge display around her flat. Amazing service and flowers. Thank you!

Received the most beautiful florist’s choice hand tied bouquet from my boyfriend last week on 12/12/2022. They were purchased from Cocoa Flower and after the lilies opened up, they look more beautiful than anything I’ve even seen in real life or in pictures. This flower shop is an oasis of the most beautiful flowers. Update: It’s 27 of December and the flowers are still in bloom.

Happy Valentine’s Day? I think not, extremely disappointed with the flowers received today. When I rang Coco’s I was met by an uninterested and un empathetic attitude. Rather than thinking of solutions on how we can resolve this all I got back was “your the first person to complain today”. Family and friends have received some incredible flowers from Coco’s in the past but I was met with disappointed.
