Description

Established in 1950, Floral Gardens in Bay City, Michigan is located close to Downtown Bay City, near James Clements Airport. The plush green grounds include many garden features and an avenue of flags, with more than 200 flagpoles honoring our veterans.

Our family has always used and been well treated by Floral Gardens. They've always been respectful, compassionate and effecient in sad and sorrowful times. I recently had cause to speak to Mark there for a small problem. I couldn't have been more pleased with his excellent work and VERY timely response. Thanks Mark!
Horrible experience. No compassion, no sympathy whatsoever, employee was just trying to make a large sale. Kept trying to "make a deal" with us, while we stated several times it's need based, we were not planning. His salesman approach was a huge turnoff.
I've been so impressed with Floral Gardens. From setting up the interment, to ordering the bench and its installation, my experience has been excellent. Jody and Stephen took care of me in the beginning process and they were exceptional. Jason took care of the bench installation and it was done perfectly. I highly recommend Floral Gardens.
Jody has been the most caring and helpful person to work with. It was horrible losing our mother but if anyone made it easier it was Jody. It was very sad news to hear she has moved on in her career I truly know where ever she is people will be taken care of.
I was blessed to have Jason handle my needs following the death of our son. He was compassionate, caring and still professional. He walked with me in the Gardens to identify where my sons grave would be and he assisted me in every way possible to ease my grief.
Jason was amazing in his assistance in helping us Lay our mom to rest. The staff was courteous and respectful during her burial service! Highly recommend them!
I took my Mom into Floral Gardens for an appointment with Jason. We wanted to order a memorial Veterans plaque for my Father and we weren't really sure about how to go ahead with this. Jason was just great! Very knowledgeable and very caring and took care of everything.
Jason met me at the door ...Answered all my questions and was very nice to work with. I never felt rushed - in fact it was like working with an old friend. Thank You Jason for helping me.

I gave a three star so far because my dad's grave marker was never raised up from settling after 40 odd years. I thought this was something that cemeteries routinely maintained. FIVE stars to the worker who took my request, completed it within ONE DAY and called to say it was completed.
