I want to thank Tammy for such a great service! I had a relative that passed away in Georgia and my mom and I couldn’t make to the funeral, we live in Chicago. I put in an order last minute from Chicago literally 24 hours before the funeral and Tammy was so kind to accommodate with all of our requests. The flowers came out so beautiful and was delivered on time. I just want to thank Tammy and everyone else that helped at the Floral Master shop!
My husband and I received a Christmas Bouquet from my nephew purchased from your establishment. I have to say, it’s the most beautiful flower bouquet I have ever received! The delivery was Thursday afternoon and today, Monday afternoon, the flowers are as fresh and bright as they were the day they arrived! The arrangement is very artful, the flower selection is complementary to the occasion and the workmanship is exquisite. There must be at least 3 dozen flowers in this arrangement as well as evergreens, pine cones and ferns. Please let me thank you and complement you on the lovely work. It is so nice to be surprised with something so lovely! Please see the two attached photos – the pictures were taken this afternoon.
I was looking for florist close to my job this afternoon and came upon Florist Masters! I am highly impressed with the customer service and professionalism. I was looking for single stem roses and usually they don’t sell them this way but made the an exception today. The roses are fresh and smell amazing! Ash is not only a "Floral Master", he also has a charming personality. He helped me today with a quick turnaround on an arrangement for my wife who is returning from a trip today. Beautiful flowers and a fair price. But above all was his graceful and generous nature. I've finally found a local florist that I can feel comfortable using again and again. Simply perfect!

You have to appreciate people who does things well. I recently bought some flowers from fromyouflowers.com and the Floral Masters shop was the local shop the order were fulfilled through. Come to find out that I had put in the wrong address, and, Tamy, the delivery lady first spent some time trying to find the location and finally had to call me since I had given the wrong location. She was very gracious and very good humored, and we finally made it to the house I'd sent it to after about 10-15 minutes on the phone. So I just had to show my appreciation for good service. Thanks again, Tamy!
Went here to get my mom some flowers and the place is a hidden gem. They have beautiful flower arrangements. They make them look even better before you take them adding shine and beauty! Definitely my flower spot now!!! I'll be back!
Mr Ash, the owner, went above and beyond with our last minute Mother's day flower arrangements! He custom arranged our order right there on the spot even though they were surely busy for preorders . We asked if there were white carnations and we got more than what we expected by additions of beautiful Calla Lily flowers! As returning customers we recommend anyone to this business. 10/10!!! Thank you again Mr ash! P.S. we mentioned we were going out of state to South Carolina so he made sure they were secure in our vehicle.
I love the arrangements. They are nice people. You get your moneys worth, and they deliver on time. My friend Nick Jordan orders from them too and he loves them a lot.
