The staff is very friendly and professional. The facilities are very clean. Been donating platelets for several years and always have had great experiences.

I donated for first time yesterday. All the staff was super friendly and patient with me being a newbie and about passing out! Just them being so professional and explaining everything shows the compassionate they have due to them I was able to calm down get the process done ! Was not as bad as I thought it would be ! Fast process and not scary at all! Great clean and spacious area as well to donate ! Due to the great staff helping me overcome my fear you definitely have a new donor!!! They also do really well on reminding you how you are saving someone’s life ,you leave with a rewarding feeling!

The ladies in here are awesome. Brenda was my phlebotomist today and was so sweet and caring. In and out quickly. What a great experience. Thank you One Blood

Mandi, Alvin, and Brittney are always so happy to see my husband and I come in to give. They are very professional and very careful with my arms as my veins don’t always want to work with us on the first try. Alvin is very gentle with me and usually gets it on the first try! OneBlood is a great place and they make you feel welcome and very comfortable while you are there helping to save lives!

I had a great experience. Katie was very kind and I hardly felt anything when she stuck me. All the staff was super nice and friendly. I've never had any problems with anyone at Oneblood.

I have been attending this oneblood location for over 2 years now and I always get excited to see the workers. My veins are particular to who sticks them and the workers at this oneblood never have issues. I am looking forward to going back and donating platelets. They are awesome. They are always so friendly. They really know how to make us feel at home and welcome.

I am a regular platelet donor at oneblood p.c., the staff are really great, friendly and knowledgeable people. Yesterday Britney took care of me. Mandi is also wonderful. A low iron count is my only issue at oneblood. I struggle to keep it up but the staff is very patient with my quirks. I have a favorite ball I like to squeeze because the other balls make my hand cramp.They find it for me and I do appreciate that. They always go the extra mile for us. And I never see anyone with a bad mood and their good attitude spreads a little cheer to evrryone else. A dedicated and very skilled group of people. Thank you and Keep up the good work. Vicky

I always have an extraordinary experience at the Plant City Oneblood donation center. The team of angels who took care of me on this time around were Mandi, Katie and Brittney. As always, while I am talking and someone is sticking, i never feel a thing. This time around i also needed some extra TLC before i arrived due to needing some fax from my doctor and Mandi was right on top of that one and got everything straightened out and due to her expert advice on arrival times, i was able to squeeze in my donation on a day i didn't think possible due to my schedule. i feel so comfortable there its like going to visit my friends for a little chat with some drinks and snacks and maybe a nice surprise as well. I cannot say enough how much i love this location and it's all because of the excellent individuals who take care of each of us who walk through the door looking for our favorite Count Dracula LOL I Vant to Bite yor neck ;- But they insist on drawing from my arm ;- Thank you all ;-
