Does anyone actually work here? The phones are always busy and say to call back later and that's even when I tried at 2:15am. The website says I don't exist when I put in the information from the DL that THEY ISSUED TO ME. there is no way to call or get help online which leads me to believe that maybe nobody actually works there. I mean yes, there are people who go there and collect a paycheck, but nobody WORKS there. In all honesty I think a group of drunk toddlers could run this organization better than whatever idiot is running it now.
Today I visited the driver license office and was incredibly impressed by the excellent service and professionalism displayed by the front desk staff and agent. The front desk lady was exceptionally professional and caring, ensuring a smooth and efficient process throughout. Her dedication and attention to detail truly stood out, making my experience exceptional.Thanks
No one answers the phone!!! The automated answering just loops over and over if one of the options is not what you're looking for. I have been on hold for 45 MINUTES and I still have not spoken with a real person. This is by far the worst phone call I have ever made and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN HELPED!!! Ahhhhhhhh!!!
Not sure how they can be swamped when I call them at 8 in the morning. I have had to call them 53 times in one day to get the automated messaging system to tell me I need to talk to a person to get my license reinstated. Funny how they waited till I was living in Georgia for 3 years to tell me my drivers license had been suspended since 2021. You'd think they would be jumping at the opportunity to take our money. This is part of the reason I moved out of Florida
Amazing when you send your plate back, it takes 3 months to find out if they got it yet. Supervisors don’t get back with you or the escalation team after sending 5 emails. Very very lazy! They don’t deserve to work in customer service, I’d fire them all.
Not sure if I can said much, I’ve been trying to reach them back to pay my suspended license. I need to talk to a supervisor for nobody never answer the phone. Somebody can help me to reach them out with a email or something, that be awesome.
License was suspended for insurance reasonseven though I had insurance so I mailed a check with other necessary items to get my license reinstated, but before the check arrived I called and found out all I needed was to provide proof of insurance for the time period in question, so I emailed the documents to a representative and license was reinstated that day and no fee was needed. I explained how I already mailed out a check and was informed it would not be cashed as my license was reinstated already as mentioned before. Almost three weeks later, after my license had been transferred to a different state as I had moved out of Florida, they decided to cash the check. Now I'm stuck trying to get into contact again to see how I can get my money back even though I no longer have a Florida license nor am I a Florida resident. Never get a response to my emails and phone lines are constantly busy. Apparently we don't have call waiting still in 2023 and nobody else to help with the situation. Now I'm essentially robbed $150 for a reinstatement fee that should never have been processed in the first place. These people are crooks, and thieves just like every other government organization. Not to mention they sell your private information for profit as seen by FOIA requests made by people in Florida and none of the proceeds go to you even though it's your information. They are running a scam and it's government sanctioned.
It doesn’t matter what time you call you will not speak with anyone!! This place is the worst about doing their jobs and simply answering the phone!! What are they getting paid for!!!
For this to a an government agency they really lack compassion and professionalism. The entire IRP/ IFTA needs training on customer service skills. You will literally go through circles dealing with this office, no one is on the same page , you will get ignored via email when they no longer want to deal with your issue. You should always be professional you never know who knows who or what’s a customer service test, I can say I have several names of reps and one supervisor who definitely failed. Do better!
Its not good trying to get someone to help me made 3 calls to hear busy signal and then get through and on hold for 45 min 25 sec on hold to then listing to their messages on i can put an emergency person in case of an emergency and hear we are having difficulty please try your call again. it inexcusable.
