Very professional. Doctor and staff were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Only downside was the over an hour wait for the doctor. Staff did all the preliminary eye tests quickly. Seems like they may have overbooked. I can’t complain though because the doctor did not rush and did a thorough exam and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this practice!
The staff is extremely proficient in moving patients from one eye process to another eye process. When you get to Dr. SHETTY,, all of the results of your scans have been reviewed before he discusses anything with you . Dr Shetty is extremely humble and has great chair side manners . Extremely personable and delivers exceptional care. Highly recommend setting up an appointment with him at any of his 9 locations.
Excellent professional service provided! I needed cataract surgery and Dr Hasan and the Florida Eye Specialist staff were very helpful explaining the steps and the over all process very well. There were no surprises! My vision is fantastic and now I only need reading glasses! I highly recommend Dr Hasan and Florida Eye Specialists!
The jury is still out! They came well recommended and I was hoping to have a procedure done but it’s difficult to get a callback. After my 2nd visit on a Monday I was told I would get a call by Friday to explain the next step. I waited three weeks and called after Thanksgiving and was told someone would call me back definitely “to day or tomorrow at the latest” and that was four days ago.. I am very puzzled and confused…….
Extremely efficient while moving among technicians, nurses and doctor, while being friendly, kind and communicating what was being done. Dr explained with empathy the procedure for cataract surgery and eased my worries
Dr. Shetty and staff were awesome as usual. I am the kind of person who will ask questions if I don’t know what they’re doing or why they’re doing something and day answer them politely with no problem. If I ever need any eye surgery again I will definitely go to Dr. Sheddy. I am seeing clearly now everything is bright and my Lasik surgery is working again. I did have cataract surgery which interfered with the Lasik surgery that I had many years ago.
The staff was very nice as well as the Doctor. Good eye exam. I went there for a consultation to have eye surgery but at the end, the doctor kept adding onto the original cost- do this and this. By the time I added up the cost - it was about $10,000. The insurance will not pay. Do not have that kind of $$.
I experienced a strong customer service atmosphere, very positive and affirming. Very professional at every turn. Will not hesitate to return for future eye care needs.
The doctors are extremely thorough, skilled in listening to the patient’s concerns, and above all , are the most sought after eye doctors in Jacksonville because of their competence.
Easy to obtain an appointment as a new patient, seen promptly upon my arrival, very pleased with all staff, especially Dr. Hasan.
