AMERICAN HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACHING SERVICES is dedicated to helping children & families lead healthier lifestyles through a variety of physical activities and better nutrition habits. We achieve these goals by providing our members with Nutrition workshops, Family Fitness Activities & a Health & Fitness Weight-loss support group, Diabetes prevention and Management on weekends. We teach and encourage you to become more physically ACTIVE, eat better and make health and fitness a lifestyle choice!.
We are dedicated to providing the education, environment and resources for improving the Health, Fitness and Wellness of the South Florida Community and Schools.We promote physical activities, sound nutrition and active lifestyles to our family and children.
