What an outstanding company! Craig was amazing. He put up with our many visits because we couldn't make up our minds and we were visiting competitors also. Craig never pressured us. He explained/described the furniture, showed us alternatives, gave us advice. It was a perfect experience. Final cost was absolutely reasonable for the quality we were getting. The furniture is beautiful, built to last! I recommend Florida Furniture and Patio without hesitation. Thank you Craig for your patience and knowledge! We appreciate it!!
I splurged a bit on a couple of outdoor chaise lounge chairs from here in October of 2020 and am glad I did. When I sat on them in the store I knew they were of much higher quality than other kinds I had before but was a little unsure of how they would hold up being exposed to the elements on a daily basis. I can say now that I've had them for almost 2 years now and despite leaving them out in the sun and rain every day they still look and feel almost new. When I do eventually need to replace them I will absolutely be back.
Don't be fooled by the small store front. These guys blow the national companies away. We liked what we saw on the floor and then changed all the colors to match our home decor. They delivered on every promise and delivered the product themselves. The quality is outstanding. The pricing was more than competitive. Nothing but compliments from our guests on style and comfort. I highly recommend Florida Furniture and Patio.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I just had the most upsetting experience with the shop owner when I came in to make a purchase and have my patio furniture updated. He was extremly rude, almost confrontational, as I inquired about pricing I had previously been given. I have never been treated so rudely. There are many places to purchase patio furniture in Sarasota/ Siesta Key - find a business that appreciates customers. Do not spend your money here.
Great products, lots to choose from ! Shopping and delivery was quick and easy. Great customer service with a friendly staff! Highly recommend!
