The purpose of The Art Gallery program at Florida Gulf Coast University is to broaden the learning and cultural experiences of the university students, as well as the community through a program of exhibition, interpretation and education.

Florida Gulf Coast University Art Galleries’ mission is to broaden the learning and cultural experiences of FGCU students and the community through exhibitions and programming. Exhibitions focus on contemporary art from local, national, and international artists as well as the faculty and students. The Art Galleries strive to offer diverse selections of mediums, content and culture while collaborating with other departments on campus to expand the scope of the visual arts.
