Took my 98 year old dad in for his March appointment and they said "Oh that was rescheduled for April". They said the system called but could not leave a message. WHAT?? Just one call and done. Someone should be calling in person to make sure the patient knows that the appointment was rescheduled. It is VERY HARD to get my dad out as he is in a wheel chair and we live up a flight of stairs. Their disregard for the patients inconvenience was astounding. The receptionist barely said anything. Never going back.
They are the worst. They give you nothing for pain after surgery, and I have a 20 yr old girl with special needs, and I told them that. They set me up for the worst experience at Desthside Momorial for surgery. The recovery nurses were awful and Dr. K allowed his staff to yell at me after I woke up. The recovery nurses are awful and don’t care. I will spread this on an on. You messed with the wrong person.
Great folks that provided great care - experts.
