I feel like my time is valuable to Florissant Dental Group as I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes before being seen. Everyone, from the dental hygienists to the dentists, take such good care of me. They are gentle and explain everything they will do. Don't let the name fool you. I recently moved about an hour away and I asked if they had an office near my new address. There's one within 20 minutes, so that is now my new dental office.
Meaghan is awesome!! Takes excellent care of my teeth! She is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and compassionate. Would follow her to any office if she were to leave this practice. All the staff are friendly. Also, I never have to wait. Office is run efficiently.
My visit was both unusual and amazing. I had an emergency dental problem; I had lost a filling that morning. I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room for a few minutes. Florty-Five minutes later, I was on my way back home with a new filling and had no problems. As I said, "both unusual and amazing.
Horrible experience. Had a "filling" done in September 2017. Tooth was not shaved down enough, went and had it fixed TWICE. Then on the third visit they told me I had to get a root canal, AFTER I paid $300 for this filling - now I have to get a root canal. All over a cavity that didn't even hurt. It is almost 6 months later, STILL can not eat on one side of my mouth with out extreme pain. Meanwhile on the other side of my mouth is in extreme pain from a cleaning - the dentist kept poking a "cavity" under neath my bridge that I had no idea I had. The visit before these I had a cavity filled and I could feel them drilling my tooth. Had to stop in the middle to ask them to renumb me. TWICE. Other problems before new management. I have tried to give this place a benefit of the doubt, but not being able to chew food anymore when all they want is your $ is ridiculous. Beware.
Exam , cleaning, very thorough. All female staff are very nice, compassionate and knowledgeable. My wife and son also go there.
Had a great first experience at the office. Was seen the day after calling to get in for tooth pain. Staff was very professional and helpful!
I'm a new patient at this location and will continue to return. There is a real feeling of caring and compassion.
