I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day last year, and it was perfect. Decided to order again from Belmont Florist this year and I am dissatisfied to say the least. I did not receive the order until around 8pm, they did not ring the bell or knock so the flowers were outside all night. We were very obviously home, the lights were on, so not sure why they were just left sitting outside. Additionally, the bouquet I received is NOT what I ordered. The flowers looked like they were days old and it was a very simple arrangement while I had paid extra for the deluxe arrangement. Customer service is non-existent as well. Save your money and go elsewhere, honestly going to Albertsons would have been cheaper and more reliable.

My boyfriend is on military orders and ordered flowers through this “shop” for my 30th birthday. Since they didn’t come, I told him I would stop by the place and tak to them. Online it said they were open until 9, but when I got there it looked like an abandoned building. Well they finally show up at about 6, a day late, and the arrangement is so drastically different than what is advertised. They write a disclaimer saying they may have to “substitute flowers based on availability” but I think that’s just a way they can use cheaper flowers. My arrangement has a couple of dying mini roses and a couple of carnations, as well as a hideous blue bow that I’m sure was used to take up space so that they could use less flowers. I would guess they used $3-5 worth of flowers. It looks so cheap. My boyfriend paid $80 for these cheap-looking flowers and a box of chocolates, that didn’t even show up on my birthday. As others have noted, the card was extremely sloppy, I actually laughed. Avoid the place, this man should not be in business. He is robbing people.

I found Belmont Florist online I purchased some flowers for my Girlfriend. I found the website to be pretty basic and straightforward. I placed my order after the cut off time for same day delivery so I expected them to go out early the next day. I contacted the florist around noon the following day to see what the expected delivery time would be. I was told that they would be delivered by 2pm.  Sadly, that is why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. The flowers arrived by a loud knock on the door at 9pm which I find a little unacceptable for a normal flower delivery. I thought about giving them a two or 3 star review but I do have to say the flowers were alive and nice and have remained alive for five days now. So while the delivery was way off and communication wasn't the best I'm happy with the flowers. Picture that I've provided are five days after delivery and are still doing good

I ordered before the 10AM cut off time for same day delivery and the flowers were not delivered. I am trying to call the location and am unable to get through - the call connects and then no one is on the line. I needed the flowers on the specific day ordered. As they were not delivered on time I am trying to cancel the order and am not able to. After seeing the reviews it seems multiple other people have had similar issues. I do not recommend ordering from this company. I've disputed the charge on my credit card too.

I placed the order online a week in advance for yesterday delivery. Until today my family hasn't received it still. I called the phone number on the order confirmation email and the number on the website, they don't pick up the call. The voice mail box is full. Don't be fooled that they claim to be member of Teleflora. I called Teleflora and they don't even have any rule Belmont florist has to follow.

Hi so I’m not really sure where all the negative reviews are coming from but my experience with the delivery/online service was awesome! He also was very helpful over the phone. looks exactly like what I ordered as well!

Update: I went to Ralphs grocery store and found the EXACT same arrangement,down to the same vase, for $25.  BUYER BEWARE! This business is just shy of being fraud. They don't deliver what you order, when you order it. The description clearly states 18 lavender roses. I received the piddly little arrangement.  And there is no storefront.

What was ordered vs what was received. Also they were dropped off after business hours, 2 days late do my office where they were supposed to be delivered. Its very sad that this local business takes no pride in their business.

This place is a SCAM do not order. They save all your billing information including credit card information. They will not answer your calls and will deliver something that they just buy of a supermarket counter and not what it is advertised. They will steal your money and can use your information for fraud. I didn't read any of the reviews before buying here. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE.

Poor service. Owner is rude, and short.  After purchasing flowers online, no time window  confirmation, so left wondering what time the flowers will arrive.  I called him 7 times in a course of one day.  They did not arrive until 6:30 pm.   Also doesn't have the courtesy to let you know it's on the way.  Rude on the phone.  I gave him the benefit of the doubt, as we all should for people.   I'm no florist, but I am a human, so please be kind and not take it out on other people.   I had to ruin the surprise by telling the Birthday Girl what our gift was, and apologizing on her birthday that her gift didn't arrive.  Bright side, my mother in law finally received her flowers.   There are plenty of florists.  Hopefully he improves with decent constructive criticism.  Thanks for taking my $85.
