I ordered from the US for local delivery in Vancouver for my Mom's birthday., Called one day ahead. The flowers were fresh, the bouquet was very colorful and made mom very happy. Candy was very accommodating and easy to work with, even communicated via WhatsApp. We decided on a budget, told her the occasion and she created the bouquet. Also told her we are allergic to lillies. She even wrote the birthday greetings in Chinese, an important service in my opinion. Thank you again!

Flowers and wrapping never disappoints me. Always recieve a lot of compliments on their flower boutique especially their rose boutique. Great varieties to choose from. Every flower boutique I've bought in the past from here is always fresh and last at lease few days to sometimes a week before it starts to die. The girl who works there is very friendly and has great customer service. By far my favourite florist and worth the price I pay for.

There are very good quality of flowers however with those sky high prices I’ve never seen in my life.. may be of the Valentines day. The lady doing cashier has some attitude and aggressive talking. Hope I will have a better experience next time..

1 800 Flowers left my wife without flowers on Valentine's Day. , I got home late from a busy flight day and flowers on 5th Stayed open an extra 10 minutes after I called the and made an amazing bouquet for my wife who just gave me our beautiful baby girl three and a half months ago. Thank you so much. I will be using your service again!

Wonderful little flower shop on no5 rd and blundell in richmond. They are Always on point, decent prices and always friendly. Beautiful bouquets and conveniently located. Highly recommended if your looking for flowers for any special occasion

Some other reviewer said there was "poor customer service". I don't see the problem...you walk into a flower shop, pick what you want, and pay. Its a FLOWER SHOP, not rocket science.

As commented in other review, I had worst customer service experience. Not recommended.

Beautiful flowers! I walked in early Sunday morning looking for a birthday gift for the same day. Even tho it was last minute, the florist took the time to create a beautiful bouquet in a vase. I couldn't have been happier. Flowers are gorgeous! I recommend this shop and will definitely be back -- but I promise to give them more notice!
