Dr. Florkey and her staff are great, thank you for helping my girlfriend and I. You all are very kind, efficient and respond to our needs in a timely manner. Thank you all for what you do and helping us so quickly even during these challenging times with the pandemic.
Was trying to make an appointment, receptionist was very quick and very nasty to correct me when I asked if Dr. Fisher was taken new patients, let me know it's Dr. Florkey office. I explained the problem I was having, asked me if I needed an exam, advised no I was having medical issues, wanted to know where I lived, who I used to go to, and why I didn't just go to them. Got really agitated when I wouldn't disclosed that information. Very unprofessional.
I recommend this place to everyone. Everyone is kind and Dr. Florkey is so thorough. She will always be our eye Dr.
