Gregory and his team were a true joy to work with! Gregory was easy to communicate with from start to finish. He was extremely responsive and collaborative making the entire process seamless! Gregory listened carefully to our vision, asked questions, made suggestions, and ultimately created the wedding florals of our dreams! He had great suggestions on how to repurpose flowers from the ceremony to the reception. We received many compliments on our beautiful flowers. Everything was stunning and we were blown away by the level of talent in designing our wedding flowers! Gregory truly exceeding our expectations and went above and beyond for us. Gregory did such an amazing job bringing our floral vision to life! One of the things I wanted was having a variety of flowers in my bouquet and then having my bridesmaids all have little bouquets that featured one flower from my bouquet. You could tell that Gregory and his team carefully calibrated each bouquet so that even though they were different flowers, they were all the same overall shape and size. Another nice element was the arrangement that was on the mantlepiece for our ceremony was then brought out for our sweetheart table. Lastly, our guests loved the flower selection for the bud vase wall that helped guide them to their seats.
The flowers at our wedding were even more incredible than I could have ever imagined. I absolutely love flowers and have been saving wedding flower images on Pinterest long before my husband and I were even thinking about getting engaged. I knew that florals for our wedding would be one of the things I cared about most. My sister had attended a wedding in 2022 for which Gregory and the Flou-er team had done the floral designs and from the pictures I just knew he would understand my vision. Gregory was so wonderful to work with and he and his team designed the most incredibly beautiful pieces for our ceremony and reception! I was brought to tears when I saw my bouquet and the designs set up for the ceremony and the reception tent, nothing short of absolutely stunning! It was the bright bold florals of my dreams that brought so much joy and happiness to the event! Our guests absolutely loved the bud vase escort card wall, such a fun way to incorporate even more florals into the overall design! My parents took all of the arrangements with them after the wedding for a party hosted at their home the next day and it was so fun to see every surface of their home covered in amazing arrangements and so fun to see the arrangements live on after the day was over! They were also used to brighten up my grandparents assisted living facility, spreading our joy wherever they went! Thank you so much to Gregory and the Flou-er team, we could not have imagined a better experience or result, I wish we could get married all over again just to experience that beautiful explosion of color again!
The Flou-er team went above and beyond for us. Gregory was so patient, helpful, and FUN in the early stages as we were planning our vision for the wedding, guiding us through the process and being very aware of our budget. The design team blew us out of the water with the end result. My jaw dropped when I saw our ceremony pieces and my bouquet. Everything was just perfect and even better than we imagined. Working with Gregory for our wedding was the best decision my husband and I could have made. I had a very high level vision in mind, but I knew I needed help bringing that vision to life. From our original meeting at the show room, to the final proposal, Gregory’s communication and expertise was incredible. He shared recommendations for every single aspect, from my bouquet to the ceremony and reception space, and even the small florals for our parents. I changed my mind more than once, and Gregory didn’t even blink an eye. I am still hearing from my guests about how beautiful the flowers were. Gregory made all of my dreams come true, and more! I’ve worked with many fine florists in my career but Gregory Costa, the genius behind Flou-er Specialty Floral Events, is in a league of his own. My clients, Mother of the Bride and Bride and I all live outside of Boston so our only connection was via Google Meets. Planning from Arizona/El Paso/Washington to Boston has its challenges but Gregory was able to capture our vision and bring it to a whole new level. It wasn’t until we met at the floral preview did we see his creativity at work. As you can see by the pictures, everything was STUNNING. The beautiful alter flowers had dual purpose at the church and then WOW’d at the entrance of the tent. We had three table collections, gorgeous flower block arrangements and many candles. The bridge over the bridal/head table and the poles of the tent were spectacular. Everywhere you turned guests were in awe of the beautiful flowers. 5 stars is not enough to describe his creativity, level of professionalism and work ethic. Working with Gregory was a dream. From the initial phone consultation, I knew he was the right florist for our wedding. Gregory understood my vision immediately and was knowledgeable and personable. I greatly appreciated how patient Gregory was throughout the planning process and that he stayed within budget, as we worked through multiple design revisions. The day of the wedding, all setup was completely timely and everything looked beautiful and just as we had planned. I highly recommend Gregory and his team.
I don't even know where to begin with Gregory and his team. WOW! The prettiest arrangements I have ever seen. The minute I met Gregory, he was extremely helpful and guided us every step of the way. I work in the wedding industry and I've never in my life seen such amazing work done. I walked into my venue and started crying because it was just SO GORGEOUS! Gregory was an absolute joy to work with in preparation for our wedding. He was so helpful and asked all the right questions to bring our vision to life. He has extraordinary attention to detail and leaves no stone unturned. I appreciated how he worked with me to meet my budget but truly exceed my expectations. His experience and knowledge was invaluable as we discussed different locations at our vendors and what types of arrangements worked best.
